105 m2 light luxury unit design with three rooms, the living room, dining area, the toilet extrusion and many more surprises
This light luxury three-bedroom home measures 105 sqm and is designed for a couple in their 30s with a young child who's about to start primary school. The owners wanted an elegant, romantic, and practical design, and they had several specific requests for the designer.
The entrance porch is narrow, so the designer used an end scene design with a grid that creates an invisible door, hiding any cracks. The design has a modern, elegant, gorgeous, and high-class temperament.
The porch leads to the large hall of the guest restaurant, which has a floor-to-ceiling window that provides ample natural light. The space is very transparent and bright, with no partitions, creating a light luxury feel that's visually pleasing.
The TV background wall is made of rock plate, and the traditional TV is replaced by projection to provide a better viewing experience on a super-large screen.
The Dining Area
The dining area has a combined side cabinet that's built against the wall, and it integrates with the bar, separating the living room and restaurant.
The bar can also double as a movie-watching area, creating a romantic ambiance. The wine cabinet has a metal frame with glass cabinet doors that provide a transparent atmosphere, and it has both open and closed lattice storage options to meet diverse family needs.
The dining area has a round table with warm-colored chairs that match the sofa, and there are no unnecessary cabinets, keeping the space clean and tidy.
The kitchen has an L-shaped layout with a golden triangle operating line, including washing, preparation, and cooking areas. The hanging cabinet has two tan glass doors, making commonly used kitchen utensils easy to reach. The cabinet has no handles, making it easy to clean.
The cooking area has an open grid on the right side, making commonly used kitchenware more convenient to take. The appliances area is built around the corner, and the oven and refrigerator are embedded in the cabinet, reducing cleaning dead space, and increasing kitchen storage space.
THE MASTER BEDROOM
The master bedroom has a left and right layout, creating a practical atmosphere with plenty of activity space.
The spacious ministry is divided into a sleep area, and the white gold system creates a sense of luxury with soft clothing that matches the exquisite fashion sense.
The bay window cabinet maximizes storage capacity, and the room is filled with natural lighting, making it comfortable to sit on the floating window bed and enjoy the sun pouring in. The custom-embedded bedside table and ultra-high door wardrobe combination double the space storage, while green plants and ornaments decorate the space.
THE RESTROOM
The restroom has a high-low design for more ergonomic dimensions, with an embedded washing machine in the high area and a dangling bottom bathroom cabinet. A light belt is installed behind the mirror to create a natural lighting effect.
The bathroom interior is partitioned with glass to prevent water vapor from diffusing to the toilet area. The space has light colors to avoid appearing crowded.
The Origami bath district has niches for all kinds of toiletries, and the towel rack is hung in and out of the place, creating a smooth bath line.
The Children’s Room
The children's room is designed to be a small world for sleep, storage, and learning. The room has autumn-themed decor with apricot leaves and orange colors, creating a warm and cozy atmosphere where children can read quietly and enjoy learning.
The bedside has an open bookshelf that creates a quiet reading corner, promoting reading habits from an early age. The room can be adjusted according to different needs, allowing children to maintain good posture while studying, reading, doing homework, or painting.
When children are tired, they can read picture books on the bay window and bathe in the sun.
Overall, this light luxury style has a platinum color that reflects an elegant and noble atmosphere, and ample lighting that makes the space bright and comfortable.
