Building area: 120 m2

Unit Map
The apartment is squarer, with three bedrooms and one living room, and is home to a family of five.
The living room and dining room are together, with part of the balcony open, and the overall color scheme is a delicate cream that gives the home a warm and comfortable feel.
Dining Area
The dining area has plenty of natural light, which makes the space feel open and airy. The tiles, furniture, and soft furnishings all use light colors to further enlarge the space visually. The dining table is a round white marble with grey cloth chairs, which gives the room a sense of texture. The black dining chairs with thin legs are visually light, and the addition of a round table makes the space feel more inclusive.
The living room and dining room are separated by a creamy white curved sofa flanked by tiny pink sofas and tiny green cushions, which softens the overall feel of the space. The designer has also opened up the living room and part of the balcony to create a custom desk and cabinet where Mr. Santos can work comfortably.
Kitchen
The kitchen is a partial long and narrow type, and the designer has added a small cabinet in the corner to create a U-shaped layout that extends the use area of the countertop.
Restroom
The bathroom highlights minimalist elegance, with simple decorations that create a sense of calm and relaxation.
The natural terrazzo flooring adds a touch of interest to the otherwise white space.
Master Bedroom
The master bedroom is mainly decorated in milk gray and milk white, with a brown wood floor and neat geometric lines and blocks of gray white on the wall behind the headboard.
The bed is soft and comfortable, and there is a custom two-sided wall wardrobe with black transparent doors and built-in lamp strips to help Mr. Santos and Mrs. Santos keep their clothes and accessories organized.
Children's Room
The children's room uses a color scheme of milk white and hazy blue, with warm and comfortable wood tones to create a fresh and natural atmosphere. The design includes a car-shaped bed and a wardrobe designed like a wooden house to add interest and personality.
The combination of the desk and bedside table increases the study area without making the room feel crowded.
Mr. Santos says, "I want my home to be both practical and aesthetically pleasing." The whole house has a unified style, with a delicate cream color and interesting soft furnishings that create a warm and inviting atmosphere, giving the home an extraordinary sense of class both inside and out.
