Transforming a Grand Riviera Unit with Modern Scandinavian Style

Inspired from Modern Scandinavian, Dreamedhome has helped the client to make their dream space into reality in a 3-bedroom condominium, with one bedroom
converted into a walk-in closet.
The color palette used in the living room is inspired by the Scandinavian style. The living room features a 3-seater sofa and one armchair, a coffee table with rounded legs, and a specially designed TV stand from Dreamedhome. The TV stand has a glass door cabinet with aluminum framing to display collections. The TV stand also features drawers in the middle, which are designed without handles for a sleek appearance. We have also installed sheer-type curtains to soften the harsh natural light.
This is a multipurpose dining cabinet. This cabinetry features spaces for storing items, showcasing them, and accommodating shoes. It also has a rail socket and a counter for appliances and displays. A glass door with aluminum framing in champagne gold is also installed for displaying collections. LED strip is also. We have installed LED strips in the cabinetry to provide accent lighting. Apart from the glass door, all of the cabinets and
drawers are handle-free for safety and for a sleek appearance. The dining cabinet also features curved sides for added safety.
DreamedHome also designs the L-shaped kitchen of this condominium. The countertop’s cabinets and drawers are wood, while the overhead cabinets are white. The goal in this area is to maximize the storage space and not leave empty spaces useless. DreamedHome maximized the available space by incorporating open shelves and adding overhead cabinets. All of them are handle-free for a sleek appearance.
This is Bedroom 1 of the condominium. To make the space feel less empty and more "homey," we installed a headboard with an embedded LED strip behind the bed. A bedside table also serves as a place for storage. This room also features an open closet and a multipurpose table. With its drawers handle-free, the room becomes more sleek-looking and clean. People usually install open wardrobes to display their clothing collections while keeping them hidden. It is also a viable option for small spaces.
